• Kingston

    Kingston is the Managing Partner of Proof Positive. As a former private equity Principal & CFO, Kingston invested behind several notable operators in the city for the past 15 years, becoming an operator himself along the way.

    Kingston graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration from UC Berkeley. He is also a licensed CPA. Kingston also walked onto Cal’s Division 1 Track Team, a feat he is always quick to point out, even though it was 20 years ago.

  • Lily

    Lily is a Founding Partner at Proof Positive. Lily consults for restaurants, tech companies, and startups across various stages, having previously managed Strategy and National Growth for Caviar, a premium food delivery company acquired by Square, operating in 18 cities. Lily previously worked in corporate finance at Apple and product marketing at Facebook.

    Lily graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UC Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. So yes, she’s like really smart.

  • Lillian

    Lillian is an Operating Partner at Proof Positive. Lillian manages all aspects of our Nothern California operations, including payroll, compliance, live music, events, and the bottle service program at select locations.

    Prior to joining Proof Positive, Lillian worked as an operations manager for a prominent nightclub operations that owned some of San Francisco’s busiest nightclubs. Lillian trains in jiujitsu; she’s tougher than everyone on this page.

  • Jesus

    Jesus is the Chef de Cuisine at Westwood, Wilder, and forthcoming Morella, our collection of restaurants in the Marina district of San Francisco.

    Jesus spent 10 years as the sous chef at the two Michelin-star restaurant inside Campton Place Inn and was the co-owner of the popular Little by Little restaurant in Fremont. Our team is constantly amazed by how hard Chef works and how many restaurants in San Francisco he’s opened before joining our creative team in 2019.

  • Sean

    Sean is the General Manager of Westwood, Wilder, and forthcoming Morella, collectively our collection of restaurants in the Marina district of San Francisco. He also oversees our award-winning cocktail program at each establishment and regularly consults our properties outside the region.

    Sean has a deep knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails, having bartended and managed at the Republic, Boboquivaris Steak House (voted top 10 steak houses in the United States by USAToday), Hollow Cow, and Jaxson. He’s also a regular at the gym, where he strives to maintain his fitness level, which almost took him to the Majors in baseball.

  • Carlo

    Carlo Gaabucayan is the General Manager of Thriller Social Club and forthcoming Elektra, as well as the operating partner of Eastwood in LA.

    Carlo brings decades of experience to the table, notably his career as a bar back at City Nights. He eventually became the General Manager of City Nights, Sound Factory, and Club NV, the then-premier 18+ and 21+ nightclubs with over 1,000 capacity. Carlo left nightclubs to become the restaurant and bar manager at Kuletos for 3 years before moving on to Waterbar for an additional 4.

    Carlo has 5 active gym memberships and is rumored to bench press even more than Sean.

  • Shane

    Shane is a Manager at Wilder and Westwood, joining the team in 2020.

    Shane’s interest in food and beverage brought him from a corporate chain in Albuquerque to San Francisco, where he developed his cocktail and management skills while working at Lord George and Delarosa.

    You can’t miss Shane. He’s got the longest legs-to-torso ratio of any male on the planet.

  • Linore

    Linore manages the social media presence for all Proof Positive concepts in Northern California and our impending Southern California opening. Linore joined our team right after college.

    While Linore’s work history is short, she’s shown many hidden talents in pop-up development (designing and building out various holiday pop-up bars), apparel design, and influencer marketing. She also has a mean stiff arm, having formerly played and now coaching her high school’s women’s flag football team to two championships!

  • Justin

    Justin has lived in San Francisco for 16 years and has over 20 years of experience in the service industry. His passion lies in providing exceptional food and drinks that create lasting memories. He believes in the power of a great meal to bring people together and enhance their experiences.
